1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Rovo Adblocker, a product of Rovoxia, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2. Service Description
Rovo Adblocker provides Unlimited Network-Wide DNS-level content filtering aimed at blocking advertisements, malware, and tracking domains. We offer both Cloud Hosted subscriptions and Dedicated Homelab installations. Our service operates at the network level, meaning no dedicated App or VPN installation is required on your devices.
3. Privacy Warranty
As explicitly stated in our Privacy Policy, we do not log, track, or record any DNS queries or browsing history of our users. We do not harvest or sell user data.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis unless stated otherwise. The promotional rate of ₹2 for the first month on the Cloud Hosted plan is a limited-time trial offer, after which the rate reverts to the standard ₹49/month or ₹199/month depending on current promotions. Dedicated Homelab incurs a ₹99/setup fee (discounted from ₹999). Payments are non-refundable unless legally required.
5. Limitation of Liability
While Rovo Adblocker strives to block 100% of malicious domains and advertisements, we cannot guarantee absolute perfection as new domains are created daily. Rovoxia shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
